Incredible.
I feel accomplished. And like I need to rest for such shitty accomplishment as narrate my weekly life and post pictures of celebrities that I took years ago. But I have so much work to do after I am done with this post.
I didn’t do much writing during the week. I was in the middle of nowhere working on a story that my roommate and I got sent to cover. It’s going to be a great story. I got great pictures. I just haven’t written much and I have other articles to work on.
And I’ve been doing TONS and TONS of partying. So I don’t really need more partying necessarily. Or at all. But Tijuana. Tijuana makes it too easy and cheap to enjoy an endless party.
I got published twice this past week.

Yep. I still have way more people in my hard drive that I took pictures off and those pictures never saw the light of day. So I will continue to post them until I die or run out of pictures. But I enjoy writing so much, that my blog is changing. I will only post celebrities whenever the fuck I want. Editing pictures is time consuming. Word vomiting doesn’t take that long.
As I said. This week I was in the middle of nowhere. I gather a bunch of great material and a lot of amazing pictures. There is much work to be done for this story. So I rather not disclose much or waste my energy in something that I will have to work on later. So here are a few pretty pictures. A preview of what will come.

I took over 500 pictures, which I reduced to 101 pictures. This will be a Imgur narration like I have done in the past, but there is still much work to be done. But as you can see… I’m having a lot of fun with the camera. The astro photography is something I’ve been meaning to keep delving into. Finally I went out camping when there was no moon. Shooting the stars was easier than I thought. I can still get much better at it.
I also camped naked for the first time in my life.
See. I told you there is much to say. But let’s skip ahead.
I came back to Tijuana on Thursday afternoon with the intent to work. But I didn’t do much of my planned work, instead focused my energy in the story I just described. And then the weekend hit. I always say I will work on the weekends. I never do. I just can’t help myself and think “it’s the weekend fuck work!” Even though I need to work and the weekend doesn’t really exist when you are freelance.
And the weekend was great. Voodoo Stu, one of my favorite restaurants ever, re-opened. And I ate there. A lot. Because his food is so damn good. And it makes me feel good. And they came back with a bang. The place looks amazing. The atmosphere they created is as great as their food. I will be eating there more than twice a week. Can’t help it. So fucking good.
On Friday, San Diego friends came down to play a show. I ate at Voodoo Stu’s then partied. But crashed early.
Saturday I went to eat Voodoo Stu’s and then bumped into my old roommate from a few years back. I partied with him because I haven’t in a long long time. It was awesome.
And then yesterday. I went to eat at Voodoo Stu’s then went to the classic bar Nelson and partied there with my roommate discussing the next story (again… so much work, and I have huge hopes that this is going to be an insanely great story).

Why Kim Kardashian?
Kim Kardashian is the product of the paparazzi. She would be no one. Absolutely fucking NO ONE. If paparazzi didn’t “invent her.” I remember the first time I saw her. I don’t have pictures, because I didn’t take pictures.
This was way early in 2007, when my brother was obsessed with his job and I was just a 20 year old following him around. We followed Mandy Moore to some club in Hollywood. We waited outside until around 1 am when she finally came out. I never did this “waiting outside clubs” ever besides that one time. That is a shit job.
Anyway, before Mandy Moore came out (and she was snuck out), I saw my brother taking pictures of “someone.” He took a few shots and let her go. That someone was Kim Kardashian. I asked him who she was. She said “Paris Hilton’s best friend, basically no one.” Her porno came out a few months after that. Then she became instantly famous for having a gigantic ass. And that chick is so damn photogenic that even in her worse moments, she looks alright.
And so… because Kim Kardashian is a product of the paparazzi… She is also the “celebrity” that I have the most pictures of. I saw her every week for almost a full year. I was so used to seeing Kim and the rest of the Kardashian family…
Time to delve into my hard drive and found her best pics…
PHEWWWW… That wasn’t so terrible.
There are many shoots I remember that I did not see in my hard drive. There are many pics that I took that I have absolutely no memory of.
For starters, the two pics I found that were screencaps of my shots in paid websites.
E! paid a nice amount per picture. It was always a welcome sight.
People paid way more per picture… but it was rare to get one in there. People by far is the magazine the paid the most.
Now the rest:
This pic is from August 26, 2008. I had barely come back to the job. I barely remember this day except that she had a broken toe and it was a MUST for me to take a picture of that according to my boss (so there are a few close ups of that)…
Then this one from October 12, 2008. I don’t remember much of the shoot, but it was late at night and she stood next to an Odd Baggage sign which I found hilarious.
These are from July 12, 2009. I don’t remember this picture at all.
I do remember this one. Ticket in the mouth = money.
Then a week later on July 19, 2009.
This shoot I don’t remember at all, November 18, 2009.
Then there is a bit of a gap until February 16, 2010.
My hard drive doesn’t contain anything from August 2009 to January of 2010. That explains the gap. And that also I wasn’t saving all my pics of Kim K.
These are from June 8, 2010.
These are from July 5, 2010. She arrived with her whole family. This was a common occurrence. I saw the Kardashians so fucking much.
September 23, 2010. No idea what she was shushing. Don’t remember this shoot.
September 27, 2010. No idea of this shoot either.
November 22, 2010.
Just to see her the next day, on November 23, 2010…
And I guess the last time I shot her was a crap shoot, because she was already past TSA, there were no good shots.

There are definitely a lot of pictures of Kim Kardashian that I don’t have in my hard drive. I remember one specifically where she looked weird. No make-up. Basically I thought she looked horrible. When I looked at my frames…. she didn’t. She looked amazing. She basically just looks great in pictures. In person… bleh. I have no idea why she is still relevant…
Anyway… What’s next?!
Well… whatever the fuck I want. I have to work a bunch on some articles this week and the next, and my whole life, because fuck real jobs. I’ll be blogging more frequently for sure, but not really posting about celebrities as often as I do. Just writing. Word vomit. My own place to unravel my mind of my everyday existentialist crisis.
