June 2023: Most Insane Bachelor Party and More Tours – Seafood Cover Story – Tripping Balls at the Baseball Stadium

I’ve never done mushrooms in a stadium before. I love going to Toros. Going on shrooms… that’s something else.

Like I said in my previous blog, life is going into insanity. It’s only been three weeks since I turned 37 and every weekend has been some crazy great shit.

So great… that I decided I’m going to write another Tijuana Adventure book. The sequel.

The plan was to update the book, now the plan is just to write another one. So many adventures have happened. So many adventures are yet to come.

That long bachelor party for a whole weekend with Canadians is the craziest tour I’ve ever done. I’ve never seen so much money being spent. I’ve seen people drink for days. But this one something else.

And I did silly mistakes that no one knows as about as of now. But that will be in the book. Secrets.

That Thursday, just after my 37th birthday, I met two of the Canadians. They rented two Airbnbs in Playas de Tijuana. We packed my car with tequila, mezcal, water, energy drinks, beer, snacks, and other. They spent nearly 10,000 pesos in Calimax. There was plenty leftover.

Friday, the rest of the Canadians arrived. We went to the shitty dive bar by the border that I always skip because it’s shit. But that’s what they wanted. We hired some musicians. Mariachis weren’t available that early. Then we partied in the Airbnb with the pool until nighttime.

I hired a private chef and private transportation for the weekend.

And nighttime. Well. That goes on the book.

Saturday, I was very hungover, but when I got to Playas all the Canadians were already up and drinking. From there we went downtown to the tours that I usually do. Craft beer, history, and more. Some other wild shit happened at a pharmacy.

Shit that will be in the next book.

And it ended again… in the “Chinese food” or “Disneyland for adults.”

I left them around 2 a.m. and made sure they were alright. They all went back on Sunday morning. They left me a safe box at a coffee shop. I went to go get the safe.

What was in the box!?

Well guess what?! You are going to have to buy the next book that I haven’t even written!

Or… subscribe to my Patreon. My patreon will have spoilers and more pics.

After that tour, I felt ill. I was in bed for two days. As soon as I recovered, I went to La Corriente Cevicheria Nais with a friend to take pictures of what will be the cover this week.

The cover picture is going to be great. I hope people like the text. It took me almost a year to write. I mean… It actually took me less than a week to write. But a year or more of research. The article is all about seafood and my tours. It’s a big ad for myself. Unless the editor changes shit (but probably won’t).

After that, we went to “Maestros del Mezcal” event. I got a VIP invite cuz I’m some sort of influencer. There were more than 20 mezcales to try from and I was welcome to try them all for free.

Yes. I got drunk as fuck with mezcal.

The day after that, I did another bachelor party. But instead of being a dozen Canadians, this time it was three Filipinos and a white Mexican from Las Vegas. Way more chill tour.

They got to Tijuana EARLY! Like way too early. It made no sense. I was hungover. They were hungover. One of the members of the group thought he had to make it to the city early for no reason. Like the tour needed to start in the morning to be a tour.

But my tours are not morning tours.

So after making fun of them for getting to Tijuana way too early, I drove them to their hotel, then we came to downtown to drink. A couple of shots of tequila. And to Zona Norte I returned.

More things happened that are only for the book. Or for my Patreons.

A few days later. Another tour. This time with a married couple from Canada. It was more of a classic tour and this one is not a chapter of a book. It was such a classic tour that the memory blends into other tours I’ve done.

Canadians could drink though. I thought it was going to be over early. I had more than four craft beers with them and I was like “well… this is the last stop unless you want to keep going.”

They wanted to keep going. So we did. Eating and drinking and being merry. My favorite.

I took them back to the border, got a tip, said my goodbyes.

Oh yeah.

The tours are paying me handsomely. And I just booked another one for June. I can still be more expensive. I can still do bigger tours that make more money.

May was great. June just barely started and though it started slow, it just went into full overdrive as of yesterday.

Another chapter of the book.

It wasn’t an official tour. Tony Tee invited me to go the Toros game. I thought it was going to be me and him and perhaps a couple of other people. But no. It was a dozen of us. Some of them worked at dispensaries. And though I’m uneasy smoking vape pens in Mexico, I partook.

So we went all high as fuck to watch some baseball. Inside the stadium, one of the guys took out a Ziploc bag with gummies. I thought they were weed edibles. But no.

They were motherfucking mushroom gummies. I took three in the third inning. By the fifth inning they were kicking. By the seventh I was laughing at all the ridiculous shit that happens at a Toros game. Like many times, we forgot that we were there for baseball.

Toros lost. I rarely see them lose. Fernando Rodney went to the other team last season and close the game against us. Lost 7-5. But it was a great game. And it matter not.

After the game we went to dance to the live banda music outside the stadium. Then got rides to downtown, headed to new Zacas where they rolled massive blunts. We ate some tacos and headed to Disneyland again.

That was just yesterday.

It’s June 2023.

I bought a new lens and a new food dispenser for Bisho my diabetic cat. They sit in Chad’s place. I haven’t crossed the border to pick them up.

My car is registered for another year. But my car is still dying. I’m undecided on what to do about it.

I have rent in cash for the next two months. I have some money in the bank and I want more still. I will get more. I have two photo gigs for the Reader in June. More might come. I have only one tour booked. More will come.

I have all of June to do whatever the fuck I want. And all of July.

I want to go to Mexicali. I still never been. I like a tiny girl from over there. But I want to go there for the beer. And to write about it.

I have so much to write. Not enough brain power.

This blog post needs a picture. Here’s me at La Corriente Cevicheria Nais before the photoshoot:

Though it is one of my favorite places ever… it makes me a bit sad. I took my ex there. I try not to think of her. But I still miss her hardcore.

I’ve been a mess of a single guy. In a good way. Hooking up left and right. Trying to forget about her. And I think I’m doing a good job of it.

I know if I see her, I would just cumple up and want to die. Zacas is her favorite bar. I was terrified of seeing her yesterday. All high on mushrooms and more.

But she never made an appearance. Phew. I wonder how she feels. I miss her. She doesn’t miss me.

What a fucking life.

Next girlfriend please. Next love. Hopefully, that tiny girl from Mexicali. I would fall for her. I don’t know her and I’m already buying her gifts.

I have a tattoo appointment today. I need a haircute as well. I need to get more gigs going for June. Or write more. Or do more photoshoots. I’ll be posting more on my Patreon. So subscribe to that if you haven’t.
